A consultation starts for as low as $150.00.
Occupied Home Staging - Your home will be transformed as we work with what you already own to create the "WOW" effect, and capture the interest of potential buyers. Furniture, artwork, and accessories will be rearranged to help the home appear warm, welcoming, and spacious. We may recommend editing or bringing in more furnishings and accessories to create optimal results. Most home staging can be completed in less than a day. In no time, your home will be transformed from "ordinary" to "extraordinary"! $60.00 per hour.
Vacant Property Staging - Vacant homes can appear cold and uninviting. 9 out of 10 potential buyers can't visualize a vacant home furnished or accessorized, therefore, they can't envision themselves living in the home. We create definition and purpose for each room to the extent of the wishes of the property owners, whether fully staged or with vignettes and simple accessories. Main living spaces (living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and bath) are the most important areas to be staged. Vacant property staging involves the rental of furniture and accessories in addition to the staging services (which includes design, preparation, delivery, installation, and de-staging). Pricing depends on the size of the home, number of rooms to be staged, and complexity of the project.*
